Bungoma Town, Bungoma County - Drama unfolded at Moi market in Bungoma County today morning when boda boda riders in conjunction with vegetable sellers striped a man naked and washed him.
The man, a vegetable vender commonly referred to as Mr. Kimilili was stripped naked by his colleagues at the market which is directly opposite to Moi Primary after his colleagues termed him as an embarrassment to manhood because he does not observe cleanliness.
Speaking to West fm, Mr. Erick Wanyonyi a vegetable vendor complained about Kimilili’s dirty nature saying that he rarely takes a bath and had become a nuisance because he smells and since he was a vegetable seller like them they opted to wash him, for he had to observe cleanliness as a code of conduct.
He went ahead and lamented that Mr. Kimilili was not the first person to be cleaned at the place and if anybody else will not clean up then they are willing and ready to help him or her.
On her part, Mrs. Mary Nasike complained about dirty boda boda riders who emits foul smell while they are on the roads and terming it as a health hazard that needs to be addressed urgently.
