The match played at the Warsaw Stadium Poland started on a high note with the Germans strongly attacking The Italian National Football Team [Azzurris]

The Azzurris later won 2-1 over the germans despite the attack.

In the 20th minute, Mario Balotelli scored from close range after a Cassano cross.

Ozil responded almost immediately but his meager shot was comfortably stopped by Bufforn to ensure that they jealously watched over their lead.

In the 33rd   minute, Boateng moved to make up for his mistakes overlapping from the right but the cross was snatched from Podolski’s feet as he attempted to connect with the ball in the area.

Real Madrid’s Khdira then missed a chested ball into the box after some fine build up from midfield only for the ball to be cleared off by the Italian defenders.

Italians finally curved in with Federico Balzaretti handling the ball in the box and the referee pointed to the spot in the first minute of added time.

Mesut Ozil scored with a right footed drive into the right corner giving the Germans their only goal. The Germans then piled up last minute pressure but it was a little too late as curtains finally came down on the match moments later.
